Came here in person back in September 2025, place was busy but still ordered and waited quit a bit of time. When I get my order I didn’t bother opening the boxes to ensure I was given what I ordered. When I get back home (a 20 min drive) I realized they gave me a pizza I did not order. My husband is allergic to tomatoes and we ordered a Bianca for that reason, the one I received was a tomato pizza. So i call, they give me a credit. We let it be. Mistakes happen. Some time passes and I call to place an order, lady on the phone tells me I do not have a credit. I explained to her the situation and that I should have a credit. She sees in my order history I’ve only been there once. And that same order is the one I had the situation with. She says she can’t do anything about it. So I let it be and decide to not argue but also place an order for pickup. When we get there, our receipt shows we have a credit on our account. Of course at this point we had already paid. We bring this up to lady checking us out which was same person on the phone and she says” well sometimes I have to look into it because there could be multiple accounts”. 5 stars from a native Saint Cloud resident. I have to say my 2 favorites are Apps and Bellas but the employees at Bellas take the cake! Today i had the pleasure of learning about Bellas Mulberry Street Pizza and it is PHENOMENAL!!!!! While at Bellas, an employee who also works at Hickory Tree Elementary, noticed my 8 year old daughters manners and rewarded her for it. Not only is the food at Bellas amazing but the employees are remarkable people that deserve the best! 10 stars if I could ✨️ ♥️

Bella Roma in St. Cloud is the real deal. We ordered the Francesca, Margherita, BBQ Chicken, and Buffalo Chicken pizzas — and they smelled so incredible we couldn’t even wait to get home. We ate them right there in the parking lot. Every single pie had the perfect crisp on the bottom — not soggy, not floppy, just that ideal crunch when you fold a slice. The Francesca was loaded and flavorful, the Margherita was fresh and balanced, the BBQ Chicken had the right sweet-smoky kick, and the Buffalo Chicken had just enough heat without overpowering everything else. I’m from Chicago, so I don’t throw pizza compliments around lightly — but this place earns it. The quality is there. The flavor is there. The texture is there. And Ruth? So sweet and accommodating. She made the whole experience even better. This is officially my new favorite pizza spot. If you’re in St. Cloud, don’t think twice — just go.

I went here for the first time I've been wanting to visit for a while now. Locally there's not to many pizza joints I enjoy. I ordered online, wasn't sure how to order what I really wanted but asked once I arrived to the store . They were very friendly young high energy staff members. Looks like they're busy with the amount of people they had working . Food was pretty good. Wings were cooked exactly they way we wanted cheese pizza garlic knots on point. I had a Sicilian pie. I would've preferred the cheese looking like the pie, but that's a personal preference . Overall I'd go again to try other menu items

I’ve been ordering from this Sicilian Italian pizza place for several years, and the progress they’ve made over time is truly noticeable. Even though this place is always busy, the service is fast, efficient, and well organized. There’s constantly a high volume of orders, especially delivery, which says a lot about how popular and trusted this spot is. Despite the rush, orders are accurate, well packaged, and always ready on time for pick-up. The staff is extremely friendly and kind, and you can tell they truly care about their customers. Communication is clear, and they always make the pick-up experience smooth and pleasant. The food is consistently delicious, portions are generous, and the quality never disappoints. Whether you order delivery or pick it up yourself, everything arrives hot, fresh, and full of authentic Italian flavor.
